Yes! It's very exciting. Cindy is retiring and stepping into being the Chairperson of the Board, and I’m taking over as the CEO and President of CVB. We all need to find ways to grow and advance, so I'm excited to be doing something different and looking forward to the challenge. When I think about the long-term goals for CVB, I see a lot of potential – particularly in adding an additional processing line, and once we get back to capacity again on kidney beans, perhaps it's time for us to do navy beans or some black beans as well. Over the medium term I'd like us to provide a larger basket to our customers.
